SETH P. ROBERT
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Mr. Robert is a partner of Brown Robert, LLP. He is an experienced attorney who concentrates his practice in complex and technical civil litigation, including matters involving intellectual property rights, securities and business disputes. For many years, Mr. Robert was a litigation attorney in Manhattan handling multi-million dollar commercial disputes. Today he represents clients in matters pending in the Federal and State Courts in Florida and New York. His experience in Federal Court began with his two-year term as law clerk to the the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
