Our litigation practice constantly takes us into court and other dispute resolution forums within the State of Florida as well as across the United States.  We have handled cases in over a dozen different states, including State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.  We have particularly extensive out-of-state experience in New York, New Jersey, and California.  Our practice is not limited to litigation and arbitration.  We also represent clients in contractual matters in areas such as licensing, business relationship structuring, commercial leasing, contractual negotiations, asset sales and purchases, and financial workouts, by taking advantage of our experiences litigating disputed contracts and leases to give advice as to the real world impact of contractual commitments.
